3- Supplements:

• 10% Early Bird discount for bookings confirmed at least 9 months before trip departure date
• Group bookings with 11 fully paying guests, place number 12 will be free from the cruise price, this apply only for bookings received at once not separate individual bookings
• Full charter price is calculated based on 22 Pax 

•    25% of charter or individual hire on confirmation.
•    25 % of charter or individual hire 90 days prior to schedule departure.
•    50% of charter or individual hire 60 days prior to schedule departure
•    In the event of not paying the 50% of charter or individual hire 60 days prior to schedule departure, cancellation policy will apply.

•    Before 91 days prior to scheduled departure date:  25% of the applicable full boat charter rate/individual booking price
•    90 to 61 days prior to scheduled departure date:  50% of the applicable full boat charter rate/individual booking price
•    60 days prior to scheduled departure date:  100% of the applicable full boat charter rate/individual booking price
•    Cancellation policy will apply on re-booking the trip date after confirmation has been sent unless there's a force majeure 

General:

-Last night of the trip might be spent onboard at the Port or in a 4* hotel, according to the

boat's schedule.          

-We reserve the right to change the departure and arrival port if the schedule of the boat so

requires.

-The itinerary could be changed according to weather permitting & military maneuvers.

-We reserve the right to change boats with the same or higher category without surcharge.

For a lower category we will compensate the difference

If the minimum number of participants ( 8 pax ) is not reached.

-All details of participants should be submitted 4 weeks before start of trip (full name,

nationality, passport number, rental equipment request, dietary needs, etc…).

For last minute booking not later than 1 week before start of the trip, unless specified

differently.

-Please make sure that the passport is valid for at least six more months after arrival.

All participants should have a copy of their passports/ID upon check in onboard, as well

as a valid dive certificate & log book.

-The guests have free limited Wi-Fi on board available. The possibility of purchasing a

SIM card with additional internet can be requested.

-In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract/offer jurisdiction

of the court of Hurghada, Egypt will be the court of dispute.

-In Case of further price changes by the Government or significant increase of fuel prices

we reserve the right to adjust our prices.
